In-Person Dog Training

Service Description

Offering in person, 1-2-1 training allows us to work on your dogs' specific needs, and tailor a bespoke service. I cover valuable skills such as loose lead walking and recall, domestic manners, cooperative husbandry, as well as "problem" behaviours, and sporting foundations. I compete myself at sports scent detection, and am working my own young spaniel in agility, Hoopers, and Competition obedience. My older dog, who is now retired, competed successfully at Novice levels in scent detection. My area of speciality in training is with puppies, and older dogs for relationship building, domestic skills, such as loose lead walking, recall, play and cooperative husbandry. I am passionate about rearing puppies in the most optimum way to build a strong bond based on trust, confidance, mutual respect and understanding. I believe this is best done as a 1-2-1, which takes place in the clients own home to minimise stress to puppy, and maximise retention of learning.
